I graduated in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation at the University of Milan. In 2014, I obtained a master’s degree in Chinese Studies from the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona, and I spent some periods of study in Beijing. I taught Chinese language and literature at the University of Parma, the “A. Spinelli” Civic School for Translators and Interpreters in Milan, and the Confucius Institute at the University of Milan. I won the 7th edition of the Caratteri contest with the translation of the short story “Guangrong de caoyuan 光荣的草原”(”L’orgoglio della prateria”, Caratteri, 2021) by Long Renqing. I translated short stories by Qi Jinnian, A Yi, and Yang Zhihan. I translated, together with Natalia Riva, Shaonian Babilun 少年巴比伦 by Lu Nei (Giovane Babilonia, edited by Silvia Pozzi, Atmosphere Libri, 2021) and Qiao Ye’s collection of short stories Ta 她 (Lei, Orientalia, 2024). I am currently a doctoral student at the Sapienza University of Rome.
